Booking Procedure

Firstly Get In Touch, About the accommodation you are interested in to confirm availability 

~Kindly send us an official PDF proof of payment one the payment is made. Units will only be held for 30 minutes, unless stated otherwise.

~Prices of Units Vary According to the large number of Owners and units available on our systems.

~Bookings and deposits are non-refundable unless the unit is unavailable after payment is made, in which case a full refund will be made.

~We are not responsible for the quality of accommodation offered. Also we are not responsible for type of accommodation offered-  please google resort info and pictures before booking. 

~Images on advertisements are strictly for advertising purposes only and the information provided is as per the resorts websites.

~If you have any specific requirements when booking, please call the resort 1st to find out if your requirements can/will be met.

~All extras are for the clients account- example parking, meals etc.. which vary at different resorts unless there an inclusion during time of booking . 

~Resorts reserve the right to change units without prior consent unless it is a timeshare unit.

~Please check unit sizes and max number of occupancy before booking and kindly adhere to resort rules by not exceeding recommended number of adults/kids stated.

~Problems encountered at the resort of any nature are beyond our control and should be taken up directly with management as we will not be liable. This includes cleanliness issues/pest control, comfort, water restrictions/electrical powercuts, maintenance, noise levels, renovations or any other GRIEVANCES arising whatsoever.

~Upon receipt of ‘Proof_Of_Payment’ a Confirmation letter or Guest certificate will be issued to you within 1-7 working days, depending on the dates required.

~Website prices are correct at the time of posting.
Unit cannot be put on hold or reserved for extended times unless in exceptional cases.

~Prices may be subject to change when booking last minute & Once accommodation is booked we regret no refunds will be allowed.

~Proof of payment can be sent via WhatsApp or emailed to us (sms’ will not be accepted).

~Any costs incurred during the stay is payable by the client.

~Resort rules and regulation must adhered to. We have no control over that, Any specific requirements must be mentioned when making a booking

~Due to the fact that there are many scammers out there taking advantage we request that if you if you have any doubts kindly contact us & we will forward all (Cipro, SARS, Bank Confirmation etc) documents to you.

~Vacay Vibez is unable to refund any cancellations or make any changes to this reservation, and cannot be held liable should you, the guest not be able to take occupation of this reservation, for any reason or events which may occur, that would prevent you from taking this booking.

~If resort closes during your stay – we not be held responsible for any refund/credit of days lost during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1)Vacay Vibez  is a supplier of rental stock. Once a unit is booked,  Vacay Vibez must immediately pay the full booking fee before receiving the confirmation, therefore we don’t get any refunds (we are bound by our supplier’s T’s & C’s)

2) Should the client decide to cancel , We will assist  client to resell but no guarantee. We will also pass it onto other agents. The client can also pass it on to his/ her contacts to source a buyer. 

3) Bookings and deposits are non-refundable unless unavailable. We can not be held responsible due to natural disasters or deaths in family as we buy the unit in advance. Should you at anytime after booking this unit seek to cancel the booking, a Non Refundable policy applies as this booking is  secured when payment is made.

4) Once the deposit is paid and the client decides to cancel for any odd reason, the deposit will not be refundable ( if there is a terms agreement). 

5) Cancellation fee of 20% will be charged and admin charge of R750 will be deducted on any resale requested & any cancellation.

6) If successful in reselling the unit and there is a shortfall, the client will be responsible for  the shortfall.

7) The company is not liable for any unforeseen occurrences, including but not limited to natural disasters, sudden illness, travel restrictions, strikes or family emergencies.

8) For all Sun International bookings, please do not contact the resort directly. If you have any special requests, submit them through us, and we will handle them to the best of our ability, as we understand the appropriate responses. If you call the resort and this results in any issues or flags on our units, leading to blocked bookings, we will not be held responsible. Additionally, for club bookings, do not contact RCI. If asked at the resort, simply mention that your booking was a gift from a friend.
